Skribli, LLC (“Skribli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the Skribli mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
Information We Collect User Content
Photos and Images: Photos you upload are used solely for the purpose of generating black-and-white line-art coloring pages. Skribli does not retain or have access to users’ original uploaded photos. Original photos remain on the user’s device and are processed transiently through third-party AI services to create line-art outputs.
Derived Images and PDFs: The line-art coloring pages, colorized line-art cover, and final print-ready PDF(s) generated from your photos may be stored by Skribli as needed to fulfill your order, support reorders, provide customer support, or perform quality assurance.
Other User Content: Captions, dedication text, book titles, and page arrangements you choose to include in your coloring book.
Order & Contact Information
To fulfill physical orders and provide customer support, we collect:
Name
Email address
Shipping address
Order and purchase history
Payment Information
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Skribli does not collect or store full payment card numbers or bank account details. We receive limited transaction metadata (such as confirmation of payment) necessary to complete and support your order.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Convert uploaded photos into line-art coloring pages
Compile, print, and ship your custom coloring book
Communicate with you about orders and customer support requests
Operate, maintain, and support the Service
Comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory requirements
Sharing of Information
We share information only as necessary to operate the Service, including with:
AI image-processing providers (to generate line art)
Print and fulfillment partners (to produce and ship your order)
Stripe (for payment processing)
Legal authorities when required by law
We do not sell or rent your personal information or images.
Data Retention
Original uploaded photos are not retained by Skribli.
Derived line-art images, colorized covers, and final PDF files may be stored for order fulfillment, reorders, quality assurance, or customer support and may be deleted at Skribli’s discretion or upon request.
Order records and non-image metadata may be retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.

A copy of your personal information
Corrections to your information

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children’s Privacy
Skribli is intended for a general audience. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian permission to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
International Users
If you access Skribli from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws.
